Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? We’re here to help! We understand that sometimes an item doesn’t quite meet your needs. Before returning your item, please consider contacting us to express your concerns or questions.

Returns

We accept returns of PacaNaturals products within 30 days of the day you received the item. To begin the process of returning your item, please contact us first with an explanation of why you’d like to return your product.

After you’ve contacted us, please follow these steps so that we can process your refund:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item must be in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

Purchase the wrong size or color? That’s okay! We accept exchanges of PacaNatural products within 14 days of the day you received the item. To begin the process of exchanging your item, please contact us first with an explanation of why you’d like to exchange your product.

After you’ve contacted us, please follow these steps so that we can process your exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item must be in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds
We will immediately let you know once we receive your returned item, and then we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return guidelines. We will them notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit to your account according to your card issuer’s policies (usually a few days). If the return is not approved, we will notify you to talk about next steps.

Shipping
We kindly ask that you pay for your own shipping costs to return your item. If you receive a refund, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
